Rotten service. Failure to deliver on time, no explanation offered and order tracking system switched off before delivery

I ordered a hard drive , allegedly in stock and ready for immediate despatch,on a free 3- 5 days delivery basis. Overall, it actually took 12 days (9 business days) to arrive. Firstly WAE somehow took 6 days(5 business days) to deliver it to the courier ,UPL. I haven't been offered an explanation. Then the courier took 6 days to deliver to me (4 business days), having stated on its order tracking web page that it would deliver the package on the previous day(and causing me to stay in epecially for the whole day to no avail) . Many apologies from the Customer Service lady at UPL but no explanation as to how a package, which was scanned as it was loaded onto the delivery van, then disappeared for more than a day. Finally to add insult to injury BEFORE THE PACKAGE WAS EVEN DELIVERED, the WAE link to the UPL tracking site was switched off presumably by WAE, , so i was left completely in the dark as to what was happening right at the end(Incidentally I was also emailed a review form for the hard drive 2 days before it arrived).
PS I haven't tried the drive yet. It's just arrived. So zero stars, rather than one star , might still be a more appropriate rating
