I ordered an LED lightbulb that was very clearly labelled "BAYONET fitting only" on the website and instead received a bulb with a SCREW fitting.
I contacted customer services using the form on the Menkind website but have not received a response after two working days.
Hopefully this will all be resolved soon but I am unhappy that my time has been wasted.
