Good service from the showroom to delivery.

People in the showroom were helpful and friendly. They had the best value around for our price range. When the mattress was delivered, I got a call in advance so I could look out for them. The delivery men were friendly and helpful. Only criticism I have - they free next day delivery, but if you can't be in the next day, and need another time, they charge you an extra £15. That's an extra charge to get it delivered later than usual, which seems a bit funny to me.
