This is the first time I have used an online print company and although very easy to follow the process in relation to creating my own personalised invite, I still managed to make a mistake with my editing resulting in the end product, on receipt, being wrong. As you can imagine, I was absolutely mortified when I got home and excitedly opened my pack of invites to realise that the date was wrong and there was a glaring spelling mistake on them. Despairingly, I emailed Optimalprint (which, incidentally, was a Friday night), explaining my blunder, in a plea to see if there was anything they could do to assist - gutted at the prospect of having thrown £30 down the drain. I was contacted the next morning (albeit a Saturday), with a reassuring email that I would be receiving a full refund in my account and that they were sorry that I had been unhappy with the product . This swift response and the non- disputed willingness to rectify the situation immediately really did go way beyond expectations. I have re-ordered my invite and am very pleased with them ( again, the order arrived promptly, within 2-3 days). I would like to express my utmost gratitude to Optimalprint and will absolutely recommend this company to anyone.
