Just as advertised!

Fonebank offered me £65 for my phone, I selected my delivery options - I chose to send it via special delivery (which did cost me £6. So that was a little downside but I wanted the guarantee) and when my phone had arrived with the company I got an email to confirm its arrival and to confirm the amount they were paying for the phone...which was the same as they originally stated. My only little niggle is that when I set up the sale on the website I wasn't told the date that the phone had to arrive by, i did receive emails to tell me this date afterwards which was good and I like how I was kept in touch via email, but I would have liked to have this date beforehand.
