I haven't purchased any goods from Heinnie in a number of years - not through any particular wariness or previous bad experience, simply put, the goods I have purchased have been top quality, ultra reliable & durable and I simply haven't needed any replacements or suchlike.

I regularly browse the web-store and find it offers an exceptional range, which while not always the absolute cheapest around is always price competitive and on the basis of supporting a local company it doesn't bother me to pay a few more £'s than an international competitor. very often the prices are on-par with other sites, and at most they are up to £10 more expensive on really high value items things which cost hundreds of £'s anyway.

on this occasion I placed my order for a Maxpedition Monkey Combat Admin Pouch around 3.30 PM on the 14th and received confirmation of my order and notice of dispatch within an hour. I then received the goods around 7.30 AM on the 16th. Couldn't be happier. If it wasn't for the severe weather in the area I think I may actually have received them on the 15th but that's by-the-by.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to anyone, it's nice to see that even though several years have passed since my last order exceptional customer service remains the norm.
