Slow system and bad experience

It takes 2 minutes per page to submit the order and there about 5 of them. Not a good start. Finally I place the order for sushi for 4 persons at 8.20pm, received confirmation email from hungryhouse with delivery time 9.40pm and order number 7789101. At 9.30pm I called YomeSushi directly to find out that sushi place didn't receive anything from hungryhouse (they usually receive orders by email, imagine how slow the process is comparing to calling directly! ) I asked sushi place to cancel, the guy on the phone was very apologetic offering to take the order directly. Live chat or phone line of hungry house never let me speak with any human being. At 9.50pm I received cancelling confirmation from hungryhouse saying they are leaving me enough time to make other arrangements. Sounds like a mockery after 2 hours of waiting.
Neither me nor any of my friends will ever use hungryhouse and will spread the word to stay away.
