Good Product, Poor Delivery

I completed my order and paid extra to ship it to a remote part of Scotland however it seems that the billing address from my Google Wallet account overrode this and was instead sent to London.

Not only does this mean I was charged more in the first place for something that didn't happen, I now have to pay again to ship the product there myself. Not happy, please contact me with how I can source a refund for the shipping.
