Delivery error - resolved professionally

I ordered 2 sets of glassware and it was sent quickly. Upon reception one set of the glasses was not the one I ordered - it was a very similar but different style. The other glasses I received were as ordered but I realized I would have preferred the smaller size wine glasses. I got hold of Havens fairly quickly (and like others I recommend calling them) and they agreed to send me the glassware I had ordered and exchange for the smaller ones. They sent them to me and included a new shipping label to ship back the incorrect order. Resolved quickly and professionally. I got the glassware I wanted and even with the hiccup spent less time than if I'd gone to a physical store nearby. I will buy from Havens again.
