Went through several bank fraud departments because they wouldn't accept my card because I wanted my order delivered to an address that was different from my home address. Tried to pay through online banking like they suggested, that didn't work so now I'm having to go pick it up from the warehouse and pay for it there. I also ordered some monitors before xmas, paid extra for next Saturday delivery; didn't receive my items for over a month.
