We ordered an upright freezer and were informed almost immediately of a delivery date by e-mail. This was followed up by a telephone call prior to delivery. The gentleman was friendly and courteous. The delivery men called ahead and the freezer was delivered in pristine condition and was unpacked and inspected by the incredibly helpful delivery men. 'Old fashioned' customer service in these days of on-line shopping. We will certainly be using this company again. Thank you to all concerned.
