I purchased a present for somebody on the website, and when it arrived I was very pleased at its excellent quality. However, every time I checked my profile on the website, it said 'payment received, awaiting dispatch', even though it had actually already been sent. The present was an iPad case, as my boyfriend really wanted to take it into Uni without damaging it, so in the end he bought himself one just to tide him over until the one I ordered arrived...turned out it came on the same day and was there waiting when we got home! So really only a minor thing, just a better tracking system on the website, or maybe an estimated delivery date.
