Terrible collection service

I decided i needed more space as we have recently redecorated so decided to sell about 90 DVDs and Games and a playstation but even though it was only £40 odd for all of these items went for it anyone because i wouldnt be able to get into town to post them and the free courier service sounded good. i printed off my labels, bought tape and wrapping paper and then spent a long time cataloguing the DVDs and games and checking them to make sure they were all there and in good condition. I chose Saturday 12th to be be collected from me and i stayed in all day which was hard as i had 2 children itching to go for a walk. They didnt arrive to collect from me!!! I had no call or email from them explaining why! I emailed them many times in the week that has followed and i have not had a reply. it seems that the only way to get a reply from them is to leave a review telling everyone about their service. I dont like to complain but it is the only way to get a responce.
