Ordered online items said in stock. Got an order confirmation and they took money pretty quickly.
Email confirmation had an order number, helpfully one that wasn't trackable. Email did say only 1 of 2 items in stock.
That was it. 4 weeks later, we have had to phone them to find out what is happening. I guess i'll have to phone them again as we've not at a single bit of communication from them since they took our money. It's a shame as the experience with the store was decent enough except for over priced delivery given the cost of the items.
Might have been nice to get a courtesy call or email stating estimate delivery date. Maybe an acknowledgement that I have to wait for an item.
