Sceptical at first. My best friend had tried it and it was working but when I asked her if she thought it would work for me she said I was too fussy! Anyway, I took all that on board and forgot about it. Then I saw the photographs of me at my sons wedding. Oh dear. Something had to be done. I own my own business and work very long hours so though I am a fairly competent cook with a fair knowledge of nutritional values and calories time is not on my side. Which is why I needed a chef. I ordered two lots of meals, not realising my husband should have had a man plan, wasn't very clear , and we went for the two month option. One week in it seems to work fine. Had a night off last night as we went out but back on track now. Some of the meals we will change but even when you eat out you don't always care for your chosen meal, so we will change choices for next month. Added lots of veg and fruit and in the 1 st week have lost 4lb. Early days, but very pleased.
