I ordered a Giant Bean bag n the 26th December online. I have still not received the item or even a response from them regarding where it is. I have also sent a message through there online support page a week ago and still not received anything back. How do I get my money back or my item? any help would be great

However, the standard delivery time for your Beanbag order is 4 - 6 weeks, you ordered just after Christmas, and it should be with you within the next 1- 2 weeks.
