What happened to the free delivery?

Flowers arrived on time but there was an extra charge for delivery, despite the "free delivery" advertised on the website. Ordered the Ballerina collection. Recipient said they included lillies and carnations but no mention of the roses and dahlias in the picture. Felt a little cheated.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, free delivery is not advertised on our website for the majority of our items. However, we do offer a limited number of postal and courier delivered items where free delivery is advertised as applying specifically to those items.

With regards to the flower content of your bouquet, it is worth noting that you have selected what we refer to as a 'florist's choice' bouquet. Essentially, you will have chosen a bouquet in a particular style and colour scheme. The choice of stems is left to our florist to create a unique arrangement for you. This is made very clear when ordering this item and we would not have expected the delivered flowers to match the image shown on our website.

We hope this explains the issues you have raised.
