Easy to use website, slow in store service

Great value product and great knowledgeable customer service, but picking up my goods from store took a very long time due to the amount of time it takes for anyone to buy anything. Each transaction - and this has happened on nearly every visit - is met with much staring at the computer screen, scanning barcodes, rescanning, taking address details and a lot of waiting around, apologies fo rhte system going slowly...honestly, I think I can get a mortgage quicker than the time it takes to buy a few energy gels. That said, great shop with a lot of nice stuff to look at - just be prepared to wait a while if you want to enter into an actual transaction.
