Dear Viagogo
I am absolutely furious and disgusted with Viagogo. I bought 2 tickets to Strictly Come Dancing in Birmingham on Friday 18th January at 7.30pm. My parents booked transport to, and accommodation in Birmingham for the weekend for this special event.
When they arrived at the NIA they were told by a ticket attendant that the tickets they had received from Viagogo were fraudulent and they could not enter the event centre. With extreme embarrassment they made their way over to the ticket office to establish what on earth was going on as they had received the tickets from a reputable company whom they had bought tickets from before.
They spoke to a Manager at the NIA, who confirmed that the tickets were fraudulent and that if they wanted to see the event they had travelled 2 hours in the snow to see, their only option was to spend another £120 to purchase 2 legitimate tickets from the box office. My parents suffered humiliation, disappointment and frustration due to seemingly illegal actions of Viagogo.

We are sorry to hear that your parents received fraudulent tickets from a seller on our website.
Can you please provide us with the transaction ID and we can look into the order in more detail?
Thanks
The viagogo team!
