Ordered a bouquet of roses and lilies for my girlfriends birthday and she received a cheap looking mis-match of carnations and freesias with one lily and a completelu different colour scheme. The colours in boquet didnt compliment each other. Really disappointed with product, can understand minor changes but this is unacceptable.
Called customer service and was on hold for well over five minutes, only to be told to send an email and they'd get round to dealing with it. Hopefully will be resolved soon!
