Scam company

Offered a price for my phone, bubblewrapped it and sent it in perfect condition, 1 week later i received an email stating it was cracked and they were only prepared to pay a third of the price. I tried and tried to get through on the phone but there was never any answer. I the end I emailed my query and was told the phone had been disposed of however they would offer a higher offer.
I accepted. Then another week later I get another email saying they had examined the phone and there were no visable issue with it.

I have replied asking how this is so when they had already disposed of the phone over a week ago. I am still awaiting a response.....

Do not use is my advice.
