Bad service

A week ago I ordered 4 Big Boys. I found out just after that they did not fit into our appartement and cancelled the order straight away.
The money was taken from my credit card and when logging into my account the status of the order is still "processing" and it sats that I will receive them next week. I have send two emails and no answers.
