Ordered two items which turned up quite quickly. One was fine, no problem with it but the second was of poor quaility and I decided it just wasn't up to standard. I e-mailed them asking for a refund label, no answer. I phoned twice, nobody answered; just leave a message and we'll get back you...except they never do. In desperation I phoned the number for placing new orders and guess what, they answered immediately but couldn't deal with my refund; "thats customer services, sorry".
Wouldn't buy from them again.
