Really helpful on the telephone when I realised that I had emailed one of my measurements incorrectly. My order arrived promptly even though it was very close to Christmas. I submitted a further order and again had to telephone to confirm the design that I had ordered previously. The lady that I spoke to was polite and helpful. My second order arrived as promptly as the first. The quality and price were excellent.
