I placed an order that was supposed to ship on 1/4/13. I went out to the website to try to track the order after 11 days. I went to the online chat & asked about the order. I was told it was on backorder and would be shipped in a few weeks. I asked why I didn't get an email or anything & the person told me it showed backorder on the screen. I don't know which screen she was referring to but I did not see it. If an order is supposed to ship but is going to be delayed for quite a period of time, the customer should be notified.
