Have only been doing it a week but I am most impressed with the quality of the food, am keeping a note of the ones I like best so I can re-order, love the soups with pieces of veg. in and have not found any of the meals that I don't like. Haven't lost much yet (2lbs) but I had been dieting before I started, also very constipated (not unusual for me).Really happy with Diet Chef and determined to shed at least 2 stone, WATCH THIS SPACE Jilly
