Awful

I got a card through my door to arrange a redelivery which i did. I arranged it for 19/01/13 and would love DX to explain why my rebooked delivery did not arrive? I am absolutely disgusted with the company. I booked a DAY OFF WORK to make sure I would be in to receive my ticket and NOTHING! No update as to when I can expect my ticket to be delivered and any reason why it wasn't! Its an absolute joke not only have I lost a days play but I have no clue where my ticket is for a gig in London! Oh and the roads in Sheffield are clear so you cannot blame the weather!
