Stay well away

Ordered a set of golf clubs on Dec 8th as a Christmas present for my partner. After much chasing through Dec and several 'sorry, i have sorted it' responses, I received an inferior branded set on Christmas Eve. This set isn't even advertised on the website and worth almost half what I had paid. More chasing and several 'sorry, have sorted it' responses, but still nothing. No explanation regarding issue throughout. It's 19th Jan and I am chasing a refund, but have I feeling that I have been conned here. Shambolic service from start to finish, and I believe that they never intended to send me the goods that I paid them for. AVOID at all costs!!
