I placed an order for a multipack of GENUINE Epson Hummingbird ink cartridges for the first time with 3000rpm.
I received the order 4 days later as promised. The thing is, they sent NON genuine compatible inks...!!! On the packaging stated for Epson printers? I was not born yesterday and have used nothing but genuine inks for years because I use them for photographs.
On the invoice it said GENUINE EPSON inks, and even charged me for them, but I think they tried to pull a 'fast one' hoping I was a dick who wouldn't notice the difference.
Maybe it was a genuine mistake, but I personally do not think it was, especially as this is their profession and know the difference. The size of the Genuine and compatible multipack packages are totally different and CANNOT be confused, not even by Stevie Wonder.
I promptly returned them the same day, (Monday) and received an email the next day, (Tuesday) saying they had received them. I am writing this on the following Saturday after several emails to them, and I STILL HAVEN'T got my original order!!!!! I have had to buy the inks from Tesco because I couldn't wait any longer for these imbeciles to fulfill their duty to me.
I have advised them, that if I do not get my original order soon, I will contact their local Trading Standards office.
The lack of professionalism and service is absolutely PISS POOR.
I WILL NEVER use 3000rpm again and I strongly advise to place your order elsewhere.

We sell 3 types of inks, the compatible, jettech and genuine.
we sell hundreds per day and the wrong pack has went in with your inks.
If we did want to be clever about it we would of course take the inks out the pack which clearly says it is "compatible" inks. We however would never do this and we put out hands up and made a mistake, provided a free returns label and also i can see we got back and the genuine inks were sent out via first class post.
