I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday having searched for what seemed like an age to find the perfect bouquet which in fact was pink, purple & contained freesias ( my reasons for this were sentimental as they were both my late daughter & late sisters favourite colours also freesias are my mothers favourite flower ) so having found the perfect bouquet I had them delivered the following day... My mom rang to thank me after they had been delivered which had been promptly, she also sent me a picture to show me what had arrived, I was astounded when the flowers that arrived in no way even faintly resembled the bouquet I had so painstakingly chosen for the reasons mentioned above, though she did like them I was stunned as to why they advertise specific bouquets when they have no intention of fulfilling their obligation to their customers. I know sometimes there could be a slight variation but the colour was peach & white with no freesias at all & it was bulked out with cheap flowers....! I'm not rich & it was more the sentiment behind the flowers than the expense but a £30 bouquet should bare some resemblance to what is advertised when it arrives don't you think..?!?!
