Tons of Tiles Ltd

Samples are smashed up bits of tiles shoved in envelope - no good.

Absolutely no idea what the tile looks like whole. Received a few miniscule broken bits of a 500x250 tile. No good for getting idea of size/ look. Went to another online site and got full tile sample for 50p more. ToT = Rubbish!

Hi Catherine,

Sorry to hear your sample tile was damaged in the post. If we had been aware we could have of course replaced it for you. Unfortunately our samples are in the hands of Royal Mail once they leave us and although they are packaged well the odd breakage does occur.
