I ran out of my HP 23 colour cartridge and the local stores didn't have it in stock - apparently it is getting a bit dated! Anyway I checked out Printerinks, and not only did they have the orginal in stock they also had a reconditioned one for less than £10. I thought why not? It arrived as promised, dropped it straight into the printer and it is working perfectly.
I have saved money, done my bit for the environment and am well pleased!
I have used this site a couple of times and it has been a bit disappointing in terms of promptness. The first time I found that delivery was slow and they didn't want to send part orders so it was a question of waiting for the out of stock item to arrive. I did eventually receive all but one of the items - they were as ordered and I was well pleased with them.
Recently I have placed a further order but have just been informed the item is now out of stock and discontinued. Also I was given a discount code but that didn't work. It isn't the quality of the goods that are a problem, it is the slow service I have experienced that is frustrating - so much so that I have just ordered from a different company.
It is two weeks since we ordered a single mattress from you and we are very pleased. Your turn around on the order was incredibly quick - less than 24 hours. It arrived well wrapped and as you said, it expanded to full size within a short time of opening and again as you said, any slight smell would disappear quickly enough and it did.
My son is now sleeping well and really loves his comfy bed.
