Festive Lights

Problem with lights not resolved

Ligts arrived with no transformer. festivelights apologised and quickly sent another but it was the wrong ratings for the lights. Another transformer ora refund was offered but heard nothing since despite chasing.
Lights were a good price. Had to buy a transformer locally and then they worked fine. Festive lights responded quickly and courteously but then dropped the ball and left me out of pocket. Such a shame.
