Their customer service was ****. 'Wish I'd read some of the reviews about this company before ordering. My order did not arrive in time for Christmas, even though I ordered it in plenty of time. ('Not their fault, of course! It's easy to blame the Post Office) And when it was delivered, it was one item short - they claimed that they had notified me of this by email but this wasn't the case. I emailed them twice to request a refund of postage by way of compensation for the poor service I had received - no response. When I eventually phoned them, they refused to offer me any compensation and neither did I receive an apology. If you can find an alternative company, then do so. I will not be using them again!
