Ok.. saw the website.. compared pricess.. everything was good.. but wierd working hours of support centre . thats just one of the things.. after placing the order i was left with a loott of mystery..just one email and one call for a product of 700 pounds??!!! you need to contact customer more thru email and communicate that their order is not forgotten.. it is being processed.. it is in transit!! all these need to be communicated. and worse.. when i received the product, i did not get an invoice/bill!!!!! pleaseeee.. u need to provide these..
