Ordered a new washing from currys over the phone choosing not to pay their extortionate fees for disconnection and re-connection as they were coming to take away my old one. Was told i would get a four hour time slot which i could find out the day before delivery and that i would get a courtesy call an hour before it was coming. This would give me enough time to hire a friend to come out within ten minutes to disconnect mine and then when the new one was delivered he could reconnect it which would cost me little to hire him. Washing machine was delivered a day later than agreed and my call was 5 minutes before,giving me no time to get him out to disconnect etc. When the driver turned up he said i could call the number and they would arrange to come and get it another day. Already annoyed i ring up and the exceedingly rude and unmoveable woman on the phone refused, before me being able to explain the situation fully, to have anyone come and get it claiming i hadnt stuck to the t's and c's. So i was lied to by currys twice and the driver aswell, all with rudeness and unwillingness to help on the way. DISGUSTING SERVICE
