I ordered two dresses in November.
I was told there was an error with my order but the money still came directly out of my account.
I contact missguided customer care to see if my order did go through. It did not and the dresses were then sold out in my size. I wanted the dresses for the next week anyways.
I asked customer care to please refund my money. They said they would. Several Several several emails have been sent to customer care since. All the time they have reassured me the refund will be processed 'this week' It is now nearly two months later and my account has still not been refunded.
I have been offered a 10% discount off my next order......................They still owe me £67.........
