Thought this company looked good with reasonable priced flowers? ..Wrong! :( I placed my order on Friday 11th Jan for delivery on Saturday 12th Jan as website stated, and they were delivered on Wednesday 16th January! I have contacted customer services by email (you cant phone) and they have replied by sending a link with their reply, but you have no way of getting into it! Ive given up trying now because the reviews ive read on here dont give me any hope of a reply or refund! On the plus side the recipient did say the flowers were lovely, but after reading about the very poor quality that have been delivered to others, im very doubtful! Ive read very bad reviews and if only I had read these before hand, I would never have ordered through this company! Perhaps Ann Robinson/Watchdog needs to review this company as they seem to have no problems with taking payment!!!
