Not Received yet ordered 5/01/13 now 20/01/2013 no sign of it report to paypal

Bad delivery service as we lost money and lots of time making the book.
It too =k 2 weeks to make nice book and we still havnt received it yet.
Contacted company , were told will make the new order for us .
But it is taking so long for it to come ?

Were they made? that need to arrive so long.
Started to build new book with other company allready.
