Should have gone to them first

Having been with a company that was bought out twice I stayed with the 'big boys' thinking they would be set up and things would go smoothly. I could not be more wrong - from three months to get access to my control panel, no response to formal letters I decided enough was enough and looked around for a new host.

Coming across some good reviews for Cloud Next, I thought life could not be this good - but it is! Except for a long winded way to get to the control panel for the domain / hosting server they have been more than helpful and very responsive to my dumb questions.
