"Bad Customer Service"

I bought big bus tour service online in Budapest for 24th and 25th Dec. However when I reached to board the bus service, the customer service informed that the bus service will be running only half day. This was not mentioned anywhere on the site. However she told me not to take service and I will not be charged. My card is charged for the service even if I have not availed on service.
