i originally used a lesser known mobile buying company who made out that the phones lcd screen was damaged, when it was not. After many angry emails and phone calls i finally got the phone back and used Mazuma who dispatched the packaging, received the phone and paid directly into my bank with no difficulty and no long wait periods.
I ecen forgot to put the slip in with my details so they had to go by the iemi number and it still didn't cause any delays.
