Still waiting to see how it resolves but not good

I bought a Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 soundcard/USB interface. One of the deciding factors on this product from this store was that it came with Guitar Rig Pro 5. However when it arrived (very quickly I am pleased to say) there was no guitar rig pro, only the limited version coming on the Elements DVD.
On calling DJ kit i was told I might have bought it after the offer was withdrawn by the manufacturer but told to send a "begging e-mail" to the manufacturer. I tried this but have had no response and on contacting DJ kit again by e-mail explaining I feel it is their responsibility to provide the exact product and extras stated on the invoice. However after one week I have had no response.
