In the heavy snow recently had to switch airports - meant switching parking. helpful woman at stress free said she could arange that and that I would be charged for new parking but get a refund for old parking.
Well did not quite work out like that - no refund for old parking - the paking operator at Stanstaed had no booking for me so I almost missed my plane and had to pay him in cash.
Admittedly new parking charge refunded (as a result of intervention by parking operator at stanstead) No sign of refund for original parking charge so I gues I have been stffed for 2 charges - ho hum there is s lesson there never use intermediate booking agencies like this.

It appears that on this occasion, the vendor at Stansted let us down and didn’t log that you were arriving. We can only apologise about this and it has been taken into account whilst we review who to advertise on our website for 2013.
In regards to your refunds, I’ve just checked the account and can confirm that the orders have been refunded. We’ve also contacted you directly with a discount code for your next booking as a gesture of goodwill.
