Collected the car on arrival at Palma airport. The directions to the Car Del Mar desk we had been given were impossible to understand and follow. We had to ask people where to go. When we collected the car it was in a multi-storey car park so we had to pay 4 Euro to exit which I felt was harsh. Also we were given no directions to return the car, other than the zone and the car park level. A map to the correct car park would have helped.
I can't admit to being keen on the Full to Empty fuel arrangements either as we only used a third of a tank in the week.
The car itself, a Citroen C3, was fine. It was fairly low mileage and served it's purpose perfectly. It did have some scuffs to the bodywork which we photographed on collection, but we haven't heard anything in the two months since.
I took out an annual policy and later realised I had made a mistake. I filled out the 'Contact Us' section of the website almost a fortnight ago and I AM STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE. Grrrr!! Dreadful service.
