excellent back-up service
I have previously used a competitor to this company and fired them (twice!) for rubbish service. I don't have any such issues with Parcel2Go though. When I did have a blip with one of the couriers, I contacted Parcel2Go through their Facebook page and got a response from Sam within a couple of minutes! And the whole thing was dealt with without any fuss, quickly and politely. I love a company that deals with things quickly and without making you jump through hoops!

Fast, reliable, brilliant!
I was having a flap over World Book Day, since my daughter decided she wanted to dress up as Hermione Grainger. Strangely, long black capes and Hogwarts ties aren't something I can instantly lay my hands on in the house, so wincing at my small budget I headed off online to search for something appropriate to fit an 8yo who is the height of a 12yo.
Lowest price, good quality, 3 day delivery service it said. And big enough to fit! Yay! So I ordered. It arrived next day!! Very excited 8yo tried it on - perfect! One very happy 8yo and one less stressed out and impressed mum. Thank you very much!

My favourite couriers. They turn up, they deliver on time, they've never lost a parcel yet! Unlike some others I could mention... Great value service, reliable, easy to use website, sensible cut-off times. Just great!
