Ordered door knocker, knob, chain and letter box for our new front door. Received an email the next day advising order will be despatched as two deliveries as an item was out of stock, but on order. Received first delivery two days after online purchase and second delivery a day later. Great personal service. Would recommend highly. Just logging back onto the website to order my locks now.
