The first time I chose Tool-net for my work clothing needs I was very impressed with there competitive prices beating all the rest everything down to the service was 5* and gave me great confidence in the company unfortunately the second visit didn't go down to well confirmation for my order was taken along with payment only for my goods to be taking rather a time to arrive 5 days had gone so I sent an email of query only to have a reply that some of my items where out of stock which and for this reason is why my order hasn't been sent but the point was I was not contacted and the problem wasn't solved until I got in touch. after the problem was resolved and refunded for the two items out of stock I had wait another 5 days for the rest of my goods to arrive only to find another item missing, once again I had to contact them at this point rather annoyed especially to find out that this item was out of stock aswell. After numerous emails and phone calls the matter was sorted, I was a very unhappy customer and they understood this unfortunately from what I gathered they had a communications break down with there warehouse team and the products I wanted where last seasons stock and they where waiting on a new season stock delivery and due to the communication error the systems was not updated, the mistake was just about redeemed as they offered me the new season stock at the price of the old i had already paid for and it was sent out first class delivery I will use them again as I do believe it was general mistake and hopefully 3rd time will be a smoother transaction and bring back my full confidence
