Paypal Took my Money for items i sold on ebay limted my account forever.

I've Sold 13 items on ebay one was for £1200 apple laptop, sent the item off the next day, and 3 days passed still haven't got my funds released, and now i'm getting confused i want my Money they still won't give it to me. i couldn't believe what they done just out of no where limted my paypal account so Basically those stories you hear about paypal are true OH MY GOD

PAYPAL IS A RISK, PLEASE TAKE NOTE, IF YOU ARE A NEW SELLER AND PAYPAL HOLDS THE FUNDS YOU'RE IN FOR A TREAT THEY WILL PROBABLY KEEP THE MONEY ON HOLD FOR 180 DAYS THEY WILL LIMIT YOU'RE ACCOUNT EVEN SUSPEND IT

The customers are happy with the products they received, and paypal didn't want to know.

I'm disgusted Ebay is part of paypal what a shambles it needs to stop NOW.

they didn't offer me support, no help, horrible Irish call centres, Dumb agents,

I'm a part Time police officer i respect people, and help anyone who needs it but paypal really needs to be regulated they act like criiminals the phone support is the worst I've seen.

paypal restricted my account and stated ''i was a High risk'' what are they talking about are they seriously gone crazy i'm going to take civil action against these unregulated money transfer criminals.
