Jokers' Masquerade

Good customer service and good products

Ordered several items including a fancy dress outfit. All the items arrived very promptly. The fancy dress item was damaged - however Jokers' Masquerade offered a full refund or replacement - I chose to have the item repaired and they gave me a 10% refund as a goodwill gesture.
